Are finish colors shown in your photos accurate?
We endeavour to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can. However, the photos displayed on your monitor or output from your printer may vary depending on your display and output settings. If you need help with selection of the right furniture for your interior (e.g. style, dimensions, color, fabric swatches, etc), please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help!
All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions typical in a residential home.
What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All of our product come with a one year warranty. We will replace or repair any products with defects in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.
Do your products come assembled?
Some of our products come readily assembled and others require assembly. To find out, please refer to the Product Information section in individual product pages. For those that do not come pre-assembled, a step by step guide will be provided to make assembly easy and hassle-free.
What are the shipping and delivery options?
Free drop off (FedEx ground) or UPS shipping to the 48 continental U.S. States.
We ship your items for free to the front door of your house or ground floor of your apartment/office building. Your shipping confirmation will provide details for your specific carrier.
Can I return my item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange less Nosga's shipping cost for sending the item to you. Additionally, customer pays return shipping unless otherwise verified with a customer representative.
What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please either 1) note the damage on the delivery receipt or 2) refuse the damaged item from the delivery team and contact us.
If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to email@example.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and fix the issue.
Please note that if we are able to replace the damaged parts of your order, but you decide to return your order instead of receiving the replacement parts, then the order will be treated as a returned order (i.e., full refund, less the cost of return shipping).
Will the delivery team take away my old sofa?
No, the delivery team will not remove any old furniture nor are they able to move existing furniture due to liability reasons. Please ensure your area is cleared before your new furniture arrives.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order with no additional charges if you notify us within 24 hours of your order.
Once your shipment is processed, any changes or cancellation from thereon will incur a 20% restocking fee.If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will have to return the product in accordance with our return policy.
Note: We are unable to accommodate order changes, cancellations and refunds for any item specified as ‘clearance’ or ‘final sale’ or any form of display item.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
We ship your items as they are available. If all of the items on your order are in-stock and ready to ship, you will receive them at the same time. If an item is backordered or delayed, it will ship separately, at no extra charge. For your convenience, furniture items are held for a single delivery, shipping when all furniture items on the order are available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Product pages provide our best estimates for delivery windows. In stock items will ship within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is, on average, 5 to 7 business days depending on the size of your order and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at email@example.com.
My home is not ready. Should I still order now or wait?
You should still order now to ensure we can ship the item when you are ready. We are happy to hold onto your item until the timing is convenient for you. Please express that in your order notes and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order to ensure we put a hold on your shipment.
